Delete your Resetly account

Delete from the app

1. Open Resetly and choose Settings.
2. Open Account and data.
3. Select Delete account and data, then confirm.

You may be asked to sign in again before deletion. This protects your account from deletion by someone else with access to your phone.

Request deletion without the app

Use this request form if you cannot access Resetly. Enter the email address used for your Resetly account. We verify ownership before deleting an account, so no one can delete another person’s data.

What will be deleted

We delete your Resetly profile, account identity, saved plan, garden progress, completed sessions, daily and streak data, reminders, saved audio preferences, and app events associated with your Resetly account.

What may remain

Google Play purchase and subscription records are managed by Google and may be retained under Google Play's legal and billing requirements. You can manage or cancel a Play subscription in Google Play. We may retain limited data only where required by law or necessary for fraud and security protection.

Timing

In-app deletion is processed immediately when authentication succeeds. Web requests are processed after account ownership is verified and normally completed within 30 days.
