1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you create or sign in to a Resetly account, we process your email address, Firebase account identifier, display name, and age. When you use Resetly, we process focus choices, reset duration, completed sessions, minutes, streaks, reminder choices, audio preferences, saved next steps, and interrupted-session state.

If you choose the optional camera pulse feature, the app uses the rear camera and flash on your device to estimate a pulse. Camera video, images, and raw camera frames are processed on the device and are not uploaded or retained by Openfield Studio. If you choose to save a result with a session, the result value may be associated with that session. Resetly is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical monitoring.

3. Why we use information

• To authenticate you and keep your garden, progress, daily limit, and sessions associated with your account.
• To provide selected reminders, audio settings, and guided resets.
• To secure the service, investigate faults, and improve reliability.
• To process a subscription only if you choose to purchase Resetly Plus through Google Play.

4. How information is stored and shared

Account and progress data are stored in Google Firebase services configured for Resetly. Google Play may process purchase and subscription data if you purchase through Google Play Billing. We do not sell personal information, use camera data for advertising, or share your Resetly progress with other users.

We may disclose limited information when required by law, to protect people and the service from fraud or security threats, or to providers that process information on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

5. Permissions and your choices

Camera access, notifications, and optional pulse checks are controlled by you through Android permissions and Resetly settings. You can turn voice, music, and nature sound on or off or change their levels at any time. You can sign out from Resetly settings. To permanently remove your account and associated Resetly data, use our account deletion page.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account data while your account remains active. When you request account deletion, we delete your Resetly profile, saved plan, garden progress, session records, events, and account identity, except where retention is required by law or needed to resolve fraud, security, or billing obligations. Google Play purchase records are handled under Google Play's policies. Use the separate Delete Account page to submit a request without the app.

7. International processing

Resetly may process information in countries where Google and our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law for such processing.

8. Children

Resetly is not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account for a child under 13.

9. Changes and contact
